
Baked beans, sweet potatoes and raw cashews, which one is good for weight loss?
I want to change my food diary by adding high protein vegetarian cuisine. but found that it is not easy because some are rich in fats (nuts), rich in carbohydrates (potatoes land) and high in sugar (baked beans). please help.
None. there are more types of all types of food. Fear not fat! Eating fat DAMMIT! I ate more good fats mainly dairy products and meat and nuts and avocados and lost a lot of my weight fat! But you can not do that because your a vegetarian. Stay away from carbohydrates especially potatoes. Get your carbohydrates from vegetables and fruits and beans (which are proteins mixture CARB). Eat yo andd pinto beans red beans and everything. Eat seeds …. carbohydrates and sugar are the same yo thing pretty much.
