Eating healthy while trying to lose weight and feed a hungry family can be a daunting task. This idea meal quick and easy – even the most culinary challenged individuals can manage it! I promise that children will love it too! This meal is one of the wonderful menu options found in my plan of losing weight! The high quality protein, heart healthy fat, nutrient-rich vegetables and complex carbohydrates, make this very tasteful and very enjoyable for any level of weight loss. Remember to stick to the part offered. Bruschetta is a very good taste, non-food rich oxident that can be added to fish, grilled pita bread or even just eaten as a vegetable accompaniment. Add this dish tomato beautiful in your arsenal of weight loss and enjoy the results!

Bruschetta Chicken

3 steak / salad of tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red onion, chopped
1 tsp Tea. Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
pepper fee
Wed salt
4 thin chicken breasts approx. 4 – 6 oz each

Easy and delicious Bruschetta – diced tomatoes and onion. Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let sit in refrigerator for at least thirty minutes. If time allows, make the bruschetta one day ahead of time and let it sit there to add flavor! Bruschetta Spoon evenly over the four chicken breasts. Bake chicken breasts at 350 * for twenty to thirty minutes. This recipe for bruschetta is easy, delicious and very healthy. It is the perfect addition to a pita oven, crackers or as a sauce for grilled fish.

Green beans cooked

1 bag of 16 ounces frozen green beans
2 v. soup. olive oil

Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray. Beans green coat with olive oil. (You can do this by putting oil and beans in a freezer bag, pressed) Bean Spread evenly in baking dish. Bake at 350 * for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

The dinner was 380 calories 23g protein 16g carbohydrate 5g fat

Add a salad or a side of brown rice or whole wheat pasta to complete meal. To keep this dish gluten free, use brown rice or rice noodles.
