how I'm doing on my weight loss journey? Here is a youtube video …?
The thing is, Ive been a challenge to 83 days, and im almost there, tomorrow is day 83, and I've done this every day, and I want to know how my results of R is far to lose weight (loss weight once in the gut for all!), im on my 12th week, 82 days, eating hearty meals and healthy, and since Christmas, this is what has changed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOm3psf_FRE&feature=channel_page I would appreciate some feedback, even some opinions YouTube if you guys could. Notes will help motivate me to reach new heights too.
