Effective Weight Loss after having a baby??
I am 39 weeks pregnant right now and need to know how to effectively lose the baby weight that I have gained. When did you start working out? 2 weeks after the baby? or do you have to wait the 6 weeks?
Can you tell me how long it took for you to lose your baby weight and what type of exercise you did and what type of foods you ate?
What do you think is the best exercise? The best diet? Did you take weight loss pills? Do those even work?
Pills dont work, dont waste your money.
I lost 28 lbs after my baby was born in only 4 weeks. Some of the baby weight just goes by itself. Plus, your busy and running around with a newborn and sometimes you loose weight from doing all of that.
I would wait about 4 weeks to do any exercises, but it depends on what. You can walk after 2 weeks or so, if you feel comfy doing it.
Best thing to do right off is walk….and heck you can walk your baby in a stroller with you, or even in a pouch. Good luck.
