Weight after baby??

Whats the best way to toe up after having a baby. My son is 13 months old. I lost almost all the weight. But I need to tone everything. Before the baby I was 115 lbs, im now 120 lbs. So its not that I want to lose, I actually lokk healthier with alittle more weight, but all I want to do is tone and firm up. After the baby, everything just kinda sags now. And what can I do to see results faster? Please give me ideas for exercise, diet, lifestyle etc.?? I actually very happy with my size now, since I did gain a few lbs, I just need tips on how to get back in shape. I do walk everyday, and thats how I lost all the weight, now I need to tone and shape up. Thanks a whole bunch!!
