
How do you choose a goal weight?
I belong to a support group for weight loss and I'm supposed to reach a goal weight. Y Is there a formula for how much you should really weigh? The paintings I have seen always seem too low and unatainable. Does anyone have any suggestions?
You should choose your goal weight by how much effort you can / want to pouring the books. How much you want to be in development at least 4-5 times a week, and following a healthy eating clean, other wise you do not see any results. It depends on what weight you are ALOS, because the more you weigh, harder it is to get in shape, but not impossible, no matter how over weight, or what your age, you can always return the form. Its best to see what you can handel for a week, record how many pounds you lose this week, and as each week has a take about 1-2 pounds off, because you will able to handel more than you exerise more, doubling the weight loss.
